UPDATE!!!
Hey guys it has been about two weeks since my two weeks since my last post and I want to give you guys an update. First, I decided to bring back weight lifting. I am doing a full-body workout 2-3 times a week. Also my diet has been going really well. I have been eating fruits, veggies, meats, milk, and plenty of water. I do feel I lack protein though. Also I do not think I am going to make my goals the only one I might make is the 20 mi. So far I have done 12. Give me your support.
