FIRST WEEK=GOOD!!!
Hey guys I just finished my first week of serious cadio training and it went great. I ran 10 miles this week in total so I am already half way through my month goal. I also burned a total of 1000 cals. My diet went good too. I drank plenty of water and ate harldy any fat but still got good protein and carbs. I have not checked my weight or wasit becasue I want to surprise myself of the changes I made at the end of the month. I hope the rest of the month goes as well this week did. Wish me luck.
