WHAT IS BETTER A FULL-BODY WORKOUT 2-3 TIMES A WEEK OR A 5-DAY SPLIT?
Saturday, February 24th, 2007Hey I have a problem. I can not decide if I should do a full-body workout 2-3 times a week or 5-day split workout. My dad says since I am a beginner I should start off with a full-body workout 2-3 times a week; however, I have heard of people starting off with the split system and getting excellent results. Which one should I do?
