GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS
Hey sorry i have not done anything on this sight in a while but I have good news and bad news. First, the good news. I finally started my weight program at my high school. It has all the things that my home gym has been lacking like the lat pulldown machine, leg press, machine flies, and so much more and I am so happy
. The bad news the first month of my training is up and I have made no gains and no loses
. Do not worry though I have big plans for February and hope to make gains and loses especially now that I have the school gym and my disposal. Wish me luck.
