Still kicking teeth in about my rant yesterday but saved enough energy to get into the gym this morning for an hour or so. I get to rest for the next day or so and my body needs it since stepping up to the benchmarks I set this week in the gym… I need to find a distraction this weekend to get my mind off the politics and ignorance, so I shall try my best to unplug from the net for a couple days and watch my beloved War Eagles and pray that someone puts Jimmy Johnson into the wall this weekend….
