Today was a bit back to feeling normal during my workout.

assisted dips x15 (not sure of weight)

assisted wide grip pull ups x15 (weight increased)

assisted dips x15 (weight increased)

assisted wide grip pull ups x15 (weight increased)
push ups x8 (totally fu**in’ burnt!)
assisted dips x15 (weight increased)

assisted wide grip pull ups (weight decreased) 10 reps, hold on 10 for 5 seconds - x4
push ups x20
assisted dips (weight decreased) 10 reps x4 hold 5 sec on 5 (same as pull ups)
