					<description>Congratulations, I know that feeling, lately my knees are giving me some trouble so I had to give up running one of the races I had programmed to run this year; but as I see it, it will allow me to come back stronger, smarter.
Don't give up, well done 5 km is just a relaxing distance, enjoy your run.
