A New ME!
Thursday, September 6th, 2007October 3, 2008 is my goal date! My goal is to look like I compete or that I COULD compete if I trained a little more. It’s time I quit living an average life with my exercise. My workouts have consisted of 30 - 35 minutes circuits splits, 3 days a week, with 2 sessions of HIIT along with jogging for normal cardio.
I had a shoulder scare the other day and that’s THE LAST thing I wanted after being so diligent with my workouts. Turns out it was JUST a shoulder out of place with nerve pain, not a torn shoulder. I would have sworn it was a tear in the muscle it hurt so badly. The cause wasn’t even from my exercises it was from reaching backwards in my car (handing bags to my kids). My chiro says it happens often, but usually when a mother is swatting her child.
Not this time!
I’m seeing my body composition changing all over but my measurements aren’t reflecting this. The only thing I can think is that I had measured wrong to begin with or had the tape too tight the first time. I am DEFINITELY seeing changes though, and it’s not just me noticing them. The scale has dropped a couple of pounds this week. Weigh in is Sunday. I have high hopes I will see positive results.
