Waste my time once, shame on you…waste my time twice, shame on me.
So round and round I go on the sponsorship merry go round. I’ve now decided the circus act with this company is haulting to a dead stop because I’m jumping off. I’m so perplexed as to why a company would initiate contact with me to sign with their company if they’re not going to complete the process! A year later, YES A YEAR LATER after I wrote it off the first time they never completed the process, I once again was shown 110% enthusiasm by them to sign me when the saw me take 4th at The Arnold Classic. So, skeptical at first I let my guard down when the owner of Ce&&*@r introduced me to EVERYONE at the company booth, the sponsorship director, marketing director etc. etc. Was asked to please contact her as soon as I got back home to get the process completed (again, the second time). I have to say, the enthusiasm was very convincing and so I complied with the request. Multiple emails to her, one excuse after another or no email replies at all. Three months later, the same situation. It seems ridiculous why a company would not once, but twice initiate contact to want to sponsor me then do nothing. Completely has wasted my time and has been such a distraction in my life and my training. So, waste my time once….shame on you…..waste my time twice, shame on me. I will not fall for this again. I’m looking ahead. I am making the choice………….let it go. Karma will fix it. By this choice, I will walk away with integrity.

Seem like they hooked you as a second choice, not letting you know about their preference. Which is just plain rude, but they may call it "business".

Seems highly unlikely they "hooked me as a second choice" two different times……and frankly, I don’t believe in that just being "business". I believe that is called, "Not knowing how to run a business". You’re not a business if you don’t have etiquette. You’re merely a group of unprofessional people who have a uniform goal to swagger money by any means necessary.

it’s unprofessional at the very least, horrible karma for them in any case. thank you for sharing just enough info with us to be helpful in guiding our own karma management without opening yourself up to any liability.
