Sleeve Ripping Arms in a Week?

I’m finally about ready to release my Advanced Arm Training report.  It’s going live this week!  This program is based on a routine I, and others, have used to add 1/2 inch (or more) of muscle mass to our upper arms in a mere week (from three workouts).

Sounds intriguing; but I have to ask, how much mass would you think women could add with this report?

ID LIKE TO KNOW…IM TRYING TO IMPROVE MY ARMS!

Great question. I wish I could give you a specific answer as far as numbers but, while the weight training principles for adding muscle are the same for everyone, we’re all slightly different in our response to training and how much (and how quickly) we can build muscle.

Someone with the genetics of a pro bodybuilder will add muscle faster than someone more suited to marathon running.

But the principles are the same so, yes I do believe it will work for women but I don’t know how fast.

    Does that make sense?

I just checked out your report man, and I gotta say it’s put together pretty well.

I workout all the time but my focus has shifted off from gaining size and onto bodyweight training and endurance.

Who knows…maybe I’ll want to add some mass in the future. I’ll keep your report in mind…it’s an awesome deal with all the bonuses you’re offering.

    Hey Jake,

Thanks for the compliment. Good luck with your goals. I write a lot about bodyweight training on my blog www.tnafitness.com
