2. Reduce Your Calories Gradually
If you decide to lose weight, don’t start a severe diet the next day and drastically reduce your calories. Instead, reduce them slowly over time. Decrease your calorie intake by small amounts every week or two. 3. Vary Your Caloric Intake
Once you get down to the calorie level you want, be sure to have a couple of higher calorie days every week. This, too, will help keep your metabolism revving, as well as make it easier for you to stick to your lower calorie days.
