Lost 8.5 pounds in one week
It was a good week on the Max Fit Quick Start plan. Lost 8 pounds (I know…much of that is water, but I look less bloated, so that is good) and about half an inch or so on my waist. Judging by the waist decrease, I’d estimate that of the 8 pounds, maybe 3 was actual fat.
This is a strict (and boring) food plan. I was going to do it for just one week ( it is a three week plan) to get a good start, but now I ll do it this second week and maybe even the thi
