Starting again …
Monday, July 27th, 2009Trying the Quick Start diet plan from a 2008 issue of Maximum Fitness. High protein, low fat. low/moderate very low glycemic carbs (no bread or any refined flour products; no dairy; no red meat; just chicken and fish and green water-heavy veggies.) Got bloated up on Sunday getting cravings out of the way. Tried this lasyt eyar and it was a good start. Need to follow through this time. Any and all advice welcome. It is REALLY hard to do this at my age!
