Trying the Quick Start diet plan from the current issue of Maximum Fitness.  High protein, low fat. low/moderate very low glycemic carbs (no bread or any refined flour products; no dairy; no red meat; just chicken and fish and green water-heavy veggies.)  Got bloated up on Sunday getting cravings out of the way.  We'’ see …
