Ready for a turn-around …
Saturday, February 16th, 2008Just feeling as if I may have shaken whatever it is I’ve had. Slight upward tick in my weight this week and the week before. Valentine’s Day dinner out (pasta, wine, a little white bread) at our favorite spot didn’t help. But eager to clean up the diet and get moving. The goal tracker here is a big help. The grpah shows exactly where I am aheaded, and the calcualtins that say I need to lose 1.5 pounds per week make this seem possible.
