I trained with my trainer today and beat another personal best. It was back day (my favorite) and I 1-arm rowed 60lb dumbbellsfor 2 sets of 5 after 1-arm rowing 50lb dumbbells for a set of 10. Worked on pullups too, and did better (those are so hard!)
Tomorrow is leg day #1 - heavy presses and squats. He made me do 90lb lungewalks last week.. wonder what’s up his sleeve for tomorrow.. whatever it is, I better get some rest.
