Hi all, I am new to the bb site but I have to say it is awesome, I am currently training for a Sept. 22 bb competition in NYC, INBF. this is my first. I am trying to build maximum muscle while lowering my bodyfat which is currently 8%. Any tips or suggestions will be appreciated, because I can see there are some PROfessionals on this site.
