Craving ice cream? Doesn’t fit in your macros? No problem. If you aren’t familiar with ******** protein pudding (available at Vitamin Shoppe). This is terrific stuff comes in vanilla and dutch chocolate as a powder in a pouch. You simply add water, blend (I use my magic bullet blender) and voila! Thick rich creamy pudding. One serving has 145 calories, 25 g protein, 3 g fat, 4 g carbs and glutamine for recovery. If you want to make ice cream simply place your serving container in the freezer for about 30-min. Yum! I like to top it with ff sf cool whip but that’s up to you. You can create any other flavor you would like using the vanilla as a base. I add Capella flavor drops (these are sugar free and can be added to any recipe or beverage hot or cold) and have made butterscotch, which is my favorite flavor. If you like fruit, simply add blueberries, strawberries, banana, or mango to your blender when you prep the pudding. Yum!
