Good morning everyone,
I had a different workout today. Routine I haven’t done in a while. Here it is:
1. Cardio. I’ve ignored this aspect of training. This morning I actually went outside and ran about 1/2 mile (I’ll measure it tonight). I thought I was going to be huffing and puffing but I actually felt very good.
2. Upper body workout.
5×20 regular pushups
3×12 shoulder press using blue tubing
3×15 bent over rows using blue tubing
3×15 tricep extensions using blue tubing
3×15 bicep curls using blue tubing

Hi again everyone. I wanted to get some feedback from all of you to see what kind of response I would get from my logo. Let me know what you think.

I don’t know about you, but lately I’ve had more distractions than I care to have. Between looking for a better job, starting a personal training business, having a baby due in a couple of weeks (getting nursery in order), having vehicle issues…well, I won’t bore you with all of the details. I’m sure everyone has their issues. It’s called life.
Anyways, I’ve been working out (both at a gym and at home) and I feel great. I can see I’m firming up where I need to firm up. Sometimes I get distracted with my workout by my attitude of not “feeling up to it”. The fact of the matter is, regardless of wheather I want to be there or not (feel more like it), I found that if I keep pushing myself through the day’s workout, it will be over before I know it and I will feel tons better.
Scripture that helps me on days like these is: We continually remember before our God and Father your work produced by faith, your labor prompted by love, and your endurance inspired by hope in our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Thes. 1:3
I hope this helps and encourages all of you as well.

Good morning everyone! Today is a wonderful day. I’m feeling great and it is the begining of a new training session, new focus, and with some hard work a new transformation.
My new workouts that I am planning on doing are:
Cardio in the am - 20 to 30 min (interval or HIT)
Resistance in the pm - Focus on three exercises (Bench, Deadlift, and Squat)
I also have a question for everyone. Does anyone have a good workout routine for doing pull ups? I haven’t done them in years and want to get back into doing them on a regular basis.
Thanks and God Bless,
Raul
