					<description>Make a running plan, maybe you won't run a 5k but I know there are plans to get ready for one.  Something like that may work, the same goes for weights.  When you go in and just do whatever, it's hard to keep on that.  
As for the soreness you'll find as you progress that some days you just don't get the DOMS, just try to work your muscles at different angles etc.</description>
