It has been awhile
So, it has nearly been a year since my last post. I started lifting regularly about a two weeks ago. I now have a bench at home, and am staying consistent with that. Not that it was horrible, but my diet has improved as well. I have big plans for where I’ll be by spring/summer and I feel having the ability to work out at home will make those plans that much more of a reality. It feels good to be "back".
