					<description>Fit - I don't think there's a rule book that says you can't stop working in the middle of a tape. I would encourage you to keep working those tapes and then one day you're going to laugh inside that you &amp;amp;#34;used to&amp;amp;#34; have to quit here or there.

When I started to lose my weight I could only do the treadmill for 10 minutes. I kept getting my 2-3 small ten minute segments in, then all of a sudden I could do 45 min.

I used to fail with some cardio tapes I have, I used to half to pause them all the time. Failure is good in BB.

Stay focused, you can do it. Visualize yourself completing that tape when you first wake-up or before you fall asleep. Your progress pic's are excellent, I'm very happy for you !!! Keep up the GREAT work !!!

					<description>Just started doing the P90X. I look like a fool when I do the reverse bicycles. My legs cramp easliy and I have a hard time finishing the ab exercises that require leg movement. I have no balance when it comes to the ab exercise that you sit on your butt, bring you knees to your chest and swing your arms around your legs. I always fall over. I get up in the morning now and try to practice that pose. I will beat it one day. Also, I can feel I am trying too hard to recuit my upper body. My neck gets stiff. Have patience and if your hips hurt maybe you should modify the exercise so it's less painful. I injured my back 4 years ago, got nailed by an 18-wheeler, and I have to be careful with the side to side ab exercise. Keeping that balance puts pressure on my lower back. Stay strong.</description>
