5 days lost of workouts :(
Thursday, August 28th, 2008Had a tooth issue that needed addressed and let it go to long. So I ended up with a face like a chipmunk saving up for winter. 5 days of tooth pain and face swollen meant no workouts for this girl. Need to get back at it.. but not to much lost as nutrition has stayed 100% this week even without a face. Probably should have eaten more but ate what I could. Starting to up the sodium today to get ready to take some pics on Saturday or Sunday for a contest on another site. Don’t think I’ve seen as much progress as I wanted this far but thats noones fault but my own. Need to suck it up and do cardio as I always plan to and do ab work YUCK!! Now I have good legs and arms and a core more like jello not a pretty site there.
I’ve learned a lot about a woman’s hormones and how they impact fitness and workouts. And after tracking it all and watching for the last 2 months it is TOTALLY AMAZING how much our bodies follow a pattern ladies. every month on the same day you can almost predict ahead of time what you are going to feel like, think, and do or not do. The days that cravings hit, or laziness or bitchiness are all relative to your hormones. I’ve been going to buffmother.com a LOT and Michelle has a GREAT book that explains it all. and it is truly amazing. I think every man should read it to because I swear men get PMS also. lol guys you know its true..
