I'm following more of the Eat Clean Diet nutrition plan and that is what works best for me. No processed foods and only shopping from the outside of the grocery store. Trying to do everything I can all natural and organic and be as healthy as possible. Being human though I do stumble and have things I shouldn't but the best/worst part is I always pay for it after in one way or another. So it just reminds me that I'm better off sticking with eating clean and giving my body things that help it grow and using food as fuel instead of eating the white flour, sugar and processed stuff.
I'm going to be getting my ISSA Fitness Nutrition and Personal Trainer Certifications within the next year and plan to be helping people on a daily basis. Nutrition and Fitness and Health are such a passion for me it hurts to see those around me not understanding and living the lifestyle. But one by one I'll be an example and see if I can help each and every person I come across in one way or another.  Beachbody has given me a great life and I plan to use it to help everyone I come across.
I like that "only shop from the outside of the grocery store tip" - thank you. I started P90X two weeks ago and have been drinking Shakeology for lunch during the week. I have the wonderful soreness in muscles I didn't know I had! Good luck with you fitness *****.
I'm ordering more Shakeology this week its the most awesome stuff I just got away from it because of the price up front. But then looking at the per meal cost and the nutrients and benefits of it. I NEED it back in my house so it should be here by Friday :o) getting the multi pack so we can have both. Never tried the Greenberry.. but check it out at www.dreambigandachieve.com
