Ok for the third time of trying to post this maybe it will work. Tried twice last night so tonight decided to type it in Word to transfer over.

Anyway, as the subject says Brazil Butt Lift anyone? It’s a Great new program put out by none other than the GREAT company that gave me P90X and INSANITY and Turbo Jam all the modes that I’ve managed to lose 70+ pounds and keep it going. I got BBL last week but then the germ caught up to me and gave me a bunch of congestion and sickies so my workouts haven’t been 100% BUT, none the less after each one of BBL I’ve been sore. Its not a bunch of dancing and stuff, I know I have no rhythm at all, its different exercises using three directional targeting of your glutes. I know it is going to help over the next four weeks to get this butt in shape.

I’ve quit taking the Cellucor Weight Loss system and need to go leave a review on it. But I don’t feel it really helped lose any weight. The best I can tell is taking the D4 ½ hour before I got out of bed helped me get up feeling refreshed. So I replaced that 290mg of caffeine with 1 ½ Jet alerts from Wal-Mart for 2.92 and I’m good to go. 5 am take them with 16oz of water and in 30-37 minutes I’m awake can’t get back to sleep and of course the bathroom is calling my name.

Was off the CreaDyl for a few days since workouts were next to nothing because of the cold but back at that and the NO-Beta. Still liking the feel of the NO Beta during a workout. Haven’t attempted the 5 caps again, sticking with 4 twice a day. I’m feeling better so will be kicking the workouts back up and doing cardio again. Can’t really do it when your afraid to cough cause it will hurt.

Got on the scale this morning it said 150.1 got off and peed and hoped for 149.9 but it didn’t happen. Hahaha oh well maybe in the next few days I can get it to drop under 150. Eating is clean and lots of water down the hatch so I’m good there.  Ok its late so I’m off to see if this will actually post and then off to bed.
