Well Dave0928 who has been a GREAT kick in the ass for me for the last year.. has now accomplished 3 MAJOR things.. #1 Found the ultimate in healthy while looking a lot better losing a ton of weight….. #2 was a BB.com transformation of the week (yes he is the #1 in my transformation story.. should have bounced me off my head a few times in the last year when I’ve been a fat ass stupid head) but most of all I’m VERY VERY Proud of him .. My Coach for P90X and a Coach for BeachBody he was named Aprils MILLION DOLLAR BODY CONTEST WINNER AND WON $10,000.00
now my goal is to get to the same point in August.. so stay tuned as I continue to kick my back/abs/legs/chest and even them damn arms into a kick ass shape and follow in his foot steps.. I’ve accomplished 2 of the 3 with his help,support and never dying butt kicking… would make me proud to be his first coach to follow in his footsteps totally… I’m now also a coach for BeachBody and will totally enjoy getting to help anyone with whatever I possibly can.. these videos are for real not just some namby pamby limp wristed do nothing videos.. you want your butt kicked .. or fat shred???? check them out.. www.fitnblnde5.com
