Its 11:30 at night… my stores now close at 9 which gives me an extra hour to get things started earlier here for cardio.. buuuuuuuuuuut do you think the girl can start before midnight??? well as soon as I get done writing this I’m going to hit the  eliptical and well hopefully burn some fat off this body.. slacked over the last week and put on some fats that are hanging on to my love handle hip things. Well they gotta go.. so we are saying buh bye to them soon… like this week they gotta go its just the rules and I make them so thats it.   going to hit cardio hard this week.  and then weights harder next week.  HEY PRINCESS GIRL  I’m making a commitment to you.. I WILL hit the road in my new running partner at least 3 times this week.  So starting tomorrow I will blog each time I do and what I do.. may be sprints in the mall parking lot or miles in the park but at least 3 times I will do something in the next 7 days.. I know doesn’t sound like much but its a start ok people…….. ok I’m babbling so I’m going to say good night but let me end with…
