Well I got up late today and had to rush to get ready and get out of the house. So no workout this am will hopefully get out of work at a decent hour (before 11pm) and workout tonight when I get home. I didn’t get home until after 1am last night and back in here at 8:30am this am. But today is chest/tris day and need to keep things moving forward with this workout.
The day got worse when a friend, and my biggest motivator, had to delete the email account that we used to commuinicate because of work reasons. helped keep me on the straight and narrow, was there to lend an ear or a kick in the ass as needed. the latter more than the former for me most times. I’ve come to enjoy our daily banter and bs’ing back and forth. never took precedence over either of our jobs but none the less that is now gone. Its amazing the friendships that can be built through computers. We will stay in touch I’m sure just not daily. So if anyone catches me slacking feel free to jump up and give me a swift kick cause I may be needing it.
I’ve been doing ok as far as eating clean just still not enough. I’m not really sure how to get a grasp on that right now it seems like I’m always eating but still not enough
