Pass up a sale.  I’m not really big on shoes and just bought my fourth pair.  Yes the red ones.  Now I have 2 pair of black shoes a pair of red and a paif of boots.  Of course 2 pair of sneakers.  Anyway worked out yesterday morning felt great and went to the store.  Found a skirt that fit and actually looked cute.  haven’t worn a skirt in years.   then went and looked at the shoes and found a pair of those as well.  So of course had to post a picture to show them both. 

My workouts are going great, staying sore in between but not overly.  Cardio is getting more challenging as I push myself harder in an attempt to break this plateau and head to the bottom side of my goal and reach the target.   Adding a fat burner to the process again in hopes to push it to the limit.  Tomorrow is leg day…. yes there will be some whining but hey without the whines there wouldn’t be a good day.

two in one day

ok two entries in one day this can get addicting.. finished my cardio better than expected was just going to do 30min but I play this little mental game.  if the song is not over I can’t quit, if the time is not on a 5 min mark when the song is over I can’t quit, and if its .7 of a mile I can’t quit until the next mile.  at least 2 of these have to coincide in order to stop. Sounds stupid maybe but helps me push myself further.  well the end of the song was @36 min and exactly 3 miles.  which is a new best for me.  thats an average of a 12 min mile.  I don’t know how accurate the gauge on this gazelle is but it is what I use.  plus the fact that I’m a sweaty mess when I’m done.    so tonight I push for 45 and 4 miles.  Some day I will get out and actually run but until then, this gazelle was well worth the 186.00 I spent on it.  at this point according to its counter I’ve put over 290miles on it in a little less than a year.  not so bad for the price. guess I should start looking for a new one just in case.  lol

Yesterday was better

Well yesterday was a better day for me.  Was a chest and tri day.  I spent enough time working them that by the time I was done I had a hard time washing my hair.  drying it was even more fun.    But I really do like the feeling of accomplishment of having noodles for limbs makes me feel like I’ve done something.   I really expected to have soreness a lot greater than I do today.  but it just shows me I have to push harder next time.  Today is a cardio day I will do 30mn this morning and 30 tonight when I get home. 

 The best part of my day was my friend who helps keep me in line and motivated is still able to get on here so we can still chat during the day.  Thank you thank you :)   I really need the extra motivation and I definitely get it.  Everyone on here is so supportive and motivating it really means a lot to me and I know to countless others.  once again short and to the point someday I will write more I promise but until that day comes these will be pretty boring.

Long Day

Well I got up late today and had to rush to get ready and get out of the house.  So no workout this am will hopefully get out of work at a decent hour (before 11pm) and workout tonight when I get home.   I didn’t get home until after 1am last night and back in here at 8:30am this am.  But today is chest/tris day and need to keep things moving forward with this workout. 

 The day got worse when a friend, and my biggest motivator, had to delete the email account that we used to commuinicate because of work reasons.   helped keep me on the straight and narrow, was there to lend an ear or a kick in the ass as needed.  the latter more than the former for me most times.  I’ve come to enjoy our daily banter and bs’ing back and forth.  never took precedence over either of our jobs but none the less that is now gone.   Its amazing the friendships that can be built through computers.  We will stay in touch I’m sure just not daily.  So if anyone catches me slacking feel free to jump up and give me a swift kick cause I may be needing it.   

I’ve been doing ok as far as eating clean just still not enough.  I’m not really sure how to get a grasp on that right now it seems like I’m always eating but still not enough

yesterday was leg day.. today when I woke I didn’t know if I had legs but knew I had to find them.  lucky me had the morning off work to do laundry and clean my apt.  I stayed in bed an extra hour I was awake but heck why get up if i didn’t have to.  Well finally I put weight on these legs and omg did they hurt.  but back to the eliptical I went and did a hard sweaty 30 min.  have another to do later tonight.  all day long up and down the steps to do laundry. Its been great my legs are burning and its a good thing. 

ok short and sweet maybe I"ll add another later.. nite all

Blog Entry

Ok so I got a plan together of working what when and how.. Did bi/tri one day…. got bored to death during my workout though I did push myself hard.  I couldn’t raise my arms to dry my hair after but hey thats what its about.   So at the suggestion of a friend I think I’m going to change it to back/bis and Chest/tris  hopefully I won’t get as bored this way.  then of course there is leg day.. well that was today and I almost tipped over when I went to step in the shower afterward.  I’m guessing tomorrow being double cardio day is going to be LOADS of fun.  lol  I’ve set my mind to it and totally am sticking to this.  

I had my gripe for the day today when I heard a lady blame being overweight on having 2 kids.  and saying she could never lose the weight because of that so why bother trying.  I was quick to step up and let her know that I had gained 70lbs with each of my 4, yes 4 pregnancies, and had weighed 220 as of last October.  I was very nice about it but told her that the babies didn’t force her to eat so she needed to quit blaming them and take responsibilities for her own actions.  Why do people try and place blame elsewhere.  C’mon people step up and take the responsibilities for what we do to ourselves.  No one but me made me gain weight and no one but me can lose it and get to where I want to be.  So here I go……   ok stepping down now.

I’ve had sooo many issues with trying to write  here this one is going to be short and sweet.

if it works I’ll try again.    since Saturday things have been good.. eating totally clean with no cheating.. I just need to eat more.  I don’t take the time out in the day to eat which I know is not good.  Its not like I come home and eat at night I just don’t eat.  So that is my goal for this week is to eat more so that I can get my metabolism up again and start losing the rest of this weight.  

going to pick up some new dumbells this week too.  I have 10s and 20s but Im going to pick up 25s and 30s.  Tired of it taking so many reps to failure.  Goal is by the end of august to have worked as hard as I could toward losing the last 25lbs.  and NO SLACKING..  ok now lets see if I can get this to post
