Last night I had a yoga class at Bliss Life Yoga and it was NOT what I expected! It was such a workout! Holy moley I was sweating so much. These weekly yoga classes are going to count toward my workout plan. Why not add some variety, right? And today is my day of rest.

So when I came home from college this summer I decided to change my lifestyle and get more fit. I’m sort of a skinny-fat person, looking fine in clothes but have a lot of blub underneath. I want to get lean and toned, so I’ve been experimenting with different types of exercise for about 3 weeks now. As of right now I think I’m going to try to exercise 5 days a week for an hour: 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weights and resistance training. Hopefully I’ll start getting results before I get back to school. I think that’ll be real test to how dedicated I am because I’ll have a cafeteria instead of choosing my foods when I go grocery shopping!
