New Weight
I know that I am not supposed to weigh myself;
and I know that all scales need to be thrown out the window;
and I know that there are many reasons why one loses or gains weight….
however, all that being said, tonight at Bayshore on the same scale I have been weighing my self for years, I weighed 227 1/2, which is the lowest weight that I have been in 4 or 5 years (my max being 260!) so if we assume that there is some muscle mass gain (which has to be a good assumption, right???) I have gone from 260+lbs and a 46+waist to 227 1/2 and a 40 waist!!!

Great progress! The scale isn’t the end all be all, but trashing it altogether doesn’t work either. It is a good reminder to hit our goals and used in conjunction with BF measurements we can determine how much fat vs. how much muscle we have.
Look at it like this… if seeing a lower weight on the scale gets you pumped and hitting it harder then it’s a good thing.

Hi Mike, well done mate. Remember consistancy is the key. everybody is searching for the magic formula. The good news my freind is that it does not exist, its just hard consistant graft, and judging by your results so far you have what it takes my freind. Well done! Regards Kev. www.foundrygym.com
