Once again I receive this email from bodyspace saying that I am missed! I don’t know where the time goes…used to be not so long ago I had so much time to spend out on the net.
Anyway, the workouts are going great…strentgh gains and muscle growth from each session, it seems. The cardio has been good; not great but good so thats something. And the food…well the food has been pretty good too I guess, but could always be better. Overall, I would probably give me a B maybe a B+.
Been working out with my trainer twice a week; each workout I am given something new and challenging. Happy to say that most times I meet the challenge. I am now adding a third weight workout on my own, so that’s 5 cardio sessions and 3 weight sessions a week. So I guess that is where the time has gone!
The Bayshore challenge ends in a few weeks. Don’t think I will have much measureable progress by there standards; bodyweight and bodyfat. The Labarada challenge is only half way through; still six weeks to go. I am sure, based on my progress so far, that I will have great new progress pix by then.
