Well here I am…
Ok…I guess you could say I am at a "midpoint". I moved out here and I had ballooned to 225lbs. I’m at 185lbs right now. And it’s basically one week til I fly out to see my family back in Ohio. I want to get down to about 145-150 range. But I admit my weight loss is dwindling. So what’s a girl to do? I work out at the gym at work, do my cardio for 30 minutes there, plus I walk about an hour a day outside of that. I don’t eat like a horse anymore so all I can figure is more exercise. Yippee here I go!
