Rubber Band Wide Grip Pull-ups 20,16,16,16, 16
Incline DB CHest Press 30lbs x 10, 35 x 10, 40 x 10, 45 x 6, 40 x 10
Lat Pulldown (Close Grip) 90lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets

Incline BB Bench  70 lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets

Cardio 50 min
