Ok, so I tried it and I think it will work. Before my work day, I head out to the gym for some cardio work. I’m in the gym around 4:20am. I have to get back to the house by 5:00am to shower and dress.
In the evening I’ll be doing my lifting after work. So far so good and I hope this routine works out for me. One thing I have to say, I’m pretty impressed on the people who can lift so early in the morning. I for one could not do that.
