Enjoying my rest
Sunday, October 26th, 2008I just completed a 3 week 12 day rotation program last Thursday. I’m taking a few days off so my body can recuperate and rebuild itself. I normally don’t like to rest, but in reading and taking advice from many of the peeps here; it is the best thing to do if I want to gain more muscle mass.
On Saturday I brought my 8 year old son to soccer registration and after that we practiced at the park and watched a few kids playing soccer games.
On Sunday I went fishing. It was a great day and though the fish were not biting, we got to hike the area which was a nice thing to do. The nice thing about fishing in the mountains is you have other things to do if the fish don’t bite.
This week I will be starting another lifting program. I’ll keep you posted when I begin.
