Chest, back and abs
Saturday, February 9th, 2008I’m making some changes with C, B and A’s, but my chest routine will continue with flat, incline and decline bench presses. I’ve found some new exercises and revisited some old ones that I found on the internet. I need pictures, so myfit.ca seemed to work well for me.
So, as much as I’ve read some negative things about GNC products, my Thermo Pump and Wheybolic Extreme 60 appears to be working well for me. I don’t take the full dosages as recommended, but I regulate my intake depending on my exercise activity for that day.
