I'm on the road this week so it's workouts in a hotel, but I have my trusty TRX with me so it's time to sweat!!
Again used my trusty iphone app called seconds free for setting up and keeping me on track for this circuit style program. Today was back and biceps.
30 secs work
20 secs rest (just enough time to setup for the next ex)
3 complete circuits with no rest between each circuit
1. TRX elevated back row
3. seated incline DB rows
5. TRX single arm power pull
7. standing DB curls
Once this circuit was done I rested two mins and then did this mini circuit to finish the biceps and back.
1. chinups to failure (controlled pace)
2. skipping 30 secs
3. narrow grip pullups to failure (controlled pace)
4. skipping 30 secs
two circuits of this and then finished with 20 mins of running on the treadmill.
The circuit worked pretty good and both body parts were done by the end of the workout and for a small hotel gym this workout was awesome.
