I’m doing it!
I’ve been away for a while but yes I am really loosing weight, despite a couple of setbacks. About 6 weeks ago I did something to my knee, maybe I didn’t stretch enough, anyway I couldn’t do any jogging or even jumping jacks for a couple of weeks. Just two weeks ago I had surgery on my gums, I had something growing one of my roots, there goes a another week while my gums recover. I started working out again a week after surgery and yesterday I weighed in at 205lbs. down from 223lbs when I first started in August, yahoo! I’ll be posting pics tomorrow.
My goal of getting under 200 by 11/16 is still within sight. By the way I’m not doing the P90X videos any more though I still use the same concept as the videos, and now my stretch out time is TWICE what it is in the videos. The really cool thing is that I was wearing pants with 38” waist and I now fit into 36”.
I’ve been thinking about my next goal, 190 sounds good to me. I also want to increase muscle mass, especially on my shoulders, and arms I guess the list goes on and on.
