Summer Diet Count down….
now that it is officially June, (talk about fast)2007, I am back in the work force(long ter temp job) i can hit the diet hard ! I decided to keep it simple and light because as it gets warmer my appetite seems to decrease. (or is it that im wearing less and i dont want to look great..hehe). advise would be great, so if ou have any suggest dont hesistate! thanks guys…
Need to drop the last 8-12lbs so im on a cut diet and 6 day a week training cycle for the next 8 weeks… Diet looks like this and I am averaging 1400-1700kcal. I am also carb cycling during the week. (low carbs-Sun,Mon-Wed-friday)(Moderate carbs tue,thur,sat)
Meal 1- 1/2oatmeal
4-5 eggwhites
Meal2-protein shake or protein snack(cottage cheese, yogurt,etc)
Meal3-veggie or salad, 4-6oz protein
meal4-protein snack/shake
meal5-veggie/protein
meal6-protein
