now that it is officially June, (talk about fast)2007, I am back in the work force(long ter temp job) i can hit the diet hard ! I decided to keep it simple and light because as it gets warmer my appetite seems to decrease. (or is it that im wearing less and i dont want to look great..hehe). advise would be great, so if ou have any suggest dont hesistate! thanks guys…
Need to drop the last 8-12lbs so im on a cut diet and 6 day a week training cycle for the next 8 weeks… Diet looks like this and I am averaging 1400-1700kcal. I am also carb cycling during the week. (low carbs-Sun,Mon-Wed-friday)(Moderate carbs tue,thur,sat)
Meal 1- 1/2oatmeal
4-5 eggwhites
Meal2-protein shake or protein snack(cottage cheese, yogurt,etc)
Meal3-veggie or salad, 4-6oz protein
meal4-protein snack/shake
meal5-veggie/protein
meal6-protein

OMG! I fell off the diet kick and havnt been back since! it’s been a stressful three weeks as i was ending my first semester and finals rolled in! omg. I’ve been stressing so much since i was out of a job and attending school full time and couldn’t keep up with the bills. This just lead me to binge on dark chocholate and shitty food, can we say fat?
so i decided to enter one of the online contest and see if that is the fire i need to get my butt in gear! if that’s not motivating enough i also have two weddings in the carribean. (which means I have to fit into a bathing suit!) AHH! so this is the outline, the first wedding is July 15, that gives me 8 1/2 weeks to lean out and im starting tommorrow! lol..it’s my hubbies b-day dinner tonight and my official last night of eating and drinking! I swear! lol..But i will totally eat as clean as i can today and just keep my portions small tonight. I just cant say no to his mom’s birthday cake! (she’s a baker, need i say more!) Im going to slowly cut my calories and increase my cardio and hopfully this will get my down to 132-135 lbs in 8 weeks, is that a realistic goal? I’m 144.5. now..I thinking of doing a 4 day split with one day a week of a full body circuit. plus am 45 minutes of am cardio 4 days a week to start and just increase intensity/duration as i get closer? does that sound about right? ill write it all out tomorrow and post for some advise!

hehe..im back to school and back to training and eating every 2-3 hours! which i actually missed! (the eating every 3hrs part..lol).although it was just one week, i honestly felt so guilty because i wasing eating really bad, donuts, choco chip cookies (home made), white bread,.!! let’s just say, i totally became one with the treadmill this week! lol….

good morning! im trying to get my day started and will be heading out to gym to do my work ou of the day! today consists of a full body circuit and 45 minutes of cardio afterwards. if i up for it tonight, I will head back to the gym to get in a yoga class or pilates!
in terms of my diet this morning i managed to do pretty well this moring, big old cup of joe with some eggsbeaters and low carb bread. I know i could do better, but i need a break from the oatmeal and eggwhites! lol….

Im on spring break this week, and let’s just say being home isnt a clean diet environment! my hubby is taking a break with his diet-that just means that anything and everything is game!lol,,but that sucks for me, because he insists on torturing me with all the bad goodies, like some of the best donuts in nyc! (donut plant on grand st) so ineedless to say, I losed this battle today but i did try to redeem by doing 45 minutes of cardio! i know not the best solution, but hey rome was not built in a day! lol…..:)

ok, this is the start of something so great that i need to share it with the rest of my brothers and sisters of iron! I am ready to take my physic to the next level! so hopfully with this blog ill be able to get some feedback and hopfully some advice and movitation when things get tough! so where do i begin..
i started to clean up my diet dramitcally and have gradually cut out all processed, canned food (except tuna of course!) I having a really hard time with my water intake and that is just something i will just have to work on ! but other then that i think im on the right track. my only concern is my training. I want to keep as much of the muscle i have on and just dramtically drop all the nasty adipose tissue!!!lol.(im sure im not alone..lol). but I not sure if i’m overdoing it? since the start of the year, i have been doing a full body circuit 3 times a week with 35-45 minutes of cardio on the same day and alternating cardio sessions every other day for about 45-60 minutes.
my diet during the week consists of oatmeal, low carb bread, tuna, spinach, chicken breast, red beans, mixed salad, and the occassional piece of dark chocolate (sometimes more often then i would like) ……. then on weekends,,hehehe,,I very more relaxed and dont really count too much of the calories! but starting tonight (3/5/07), I will only allow 1 cheat meal on the weekends and try to get everything in order! My goal this summer is to drop the last 10-15 lbs of fat and get a tight midsection & tight legs and buns!! so im starting at 148 lbs,
5′ 7" height at about 19-20% BF, average calories intake 1600-1700, protein high carbs moderate,
