April showers…
Spring is in full swing and so is my program for a "summer body". I tend to put on more bodyfat in the winter, so as soon as the weather starts to warm up a bit, I feel more motivated to kick the workouts into high gear. It must be the sunshine…it’s ALWAYS easier for me to get going with longer days and sunshine! By the end of this month, I hope to reach my plan weight of 124-125lbs., and drop some serious bodyfat!…No worries; it’ll happen!
