Is how sore you get. BUT, I’ve come to welcome the soreness. Cuz, it means I did something right (I hope!)

Glad to see you back with the program. It doesn’t matter how many times you fall off the horse. The most important thing is that you always get back on. Take it an hour at a time then one day at a time. Your consistancy will get bettter and better. I think the thing that hashelped me the most is that I have tried my best to make my workout part of my daily routine. If I miss my morning cardio I’ll walk during my lunch. If I can’t then I get on the eliptical in the evening. If I miss, I don’t sweat it, I just work harder the next day maybe add 10 to15 minutes to my planned workout. I used to be terrible if I missed, things would start to snowball and I would miss more and more and months would pass and I would find myself starting all over from square one. So stay strong and keep getting back on that horse.
