Today’s Routine
I was at work where we do have a gym, luckly I work @ the fire dept. We’ll, I started doing wind sprints on the treadmill for 20min. Off and on….
Then I did a combo of deadlifts 5 sets and ez curl 5 sets
then smith machine shoulder press 4 sets with seated leg curls,
incline dumbbell curl with standing calf raise
I think that was it Uh yeah
working out t work has some distractions….
