I was at work where we do have a gym, luckly I work @ the fire dept. We’ll, I started doing wind sprints on the treadmill for 20min. Off and on….
Then I did a combo of deadlifts 5 sets and ez curl 5 sets
then smith machine shoulder press 4 sets with seated leg curls,
incline dumbbell curl with standing calf raise
I think that was it Uh yeah
working out t work has some distractions….

I came into the gym feeling unmotivated, suddenly I just got on to the treadmill and sucked it up,I ran for 15 min. A combination of pull ups 4 sets, machine lat pull downs and push up’s. Then I proceeded to perform deadlifts for 5 sets I felt great! A set of lower back exercises with seated calf raises was also done. Dumbbell hammer drills for a set of 3 made the workout complete….
