Circuits!
This is my latest workout. every other day w/ cardio on the non weight days…i prefer 30+min steady state because it clears my mind. The goal is to complete 4 circuits in 1hr.
1. run 1/4mi at 7-8mph at 1.5 incline
2. 15lb, 8-10 reps each: standing alt bicep curl, 1 legged lunge, tricep kickback (12lb), OH shoulder press with plie squat, bentover db row, pushups with db inhand. 1 ab exercise till fatigue.
3. repeat with next weight used being 20lb db except for 12 for triceps cuz they aren’t that strong.
yesterday i got through it twice in 30min and everything is sore except calves (and i didnt work them) and lower back so i’m gonna try to target those after cardio today.
And eating is kind of going ok. Thinks are finally getting back to how they used to be
