					<description>Good grief, that's brutal. Nothing comes easy, right. I've seen bodies do very strange things on white carbs. I'll take a post-workout bolus of simple carbs but it's often counter-productive, as they really tend to satiate me. Like bodyauditor's likely complaint, they smooth me over lightning-fast. It'll be interesting what they do for you! Best of luck! al</description>

					<description>I worked for a corp Gold's in San Antonio as a member ship sales rep before I moved out here to Cali. They suck at the hiring process and also are only worried about sales from sales team and personal trainers. It didnt matter if you had trained 8 people that day and they were all making great progress if you dint sale more sessions you got in trouble. Alot of the trianer quit or were fired because of this. I dont know about all Golds everywhere just of you are in the South Texas area corp owns most of them and they suck at customer service and being good employers its all about the money not the fitness!!!</description>
