NPC Milestone Achieved!
Finally, my first BB comp was last November, NPC Texas State, and I took first in Women’s LW Novice. I worked so hard with training, posing and diet but my legs just did not cut in comparison to my upper body. I almost quit so many times but my husband kept me going. He had a hard time with my diet moodiness but he did not want me to give up. It was definitely worth it, even though I did not do well with Masters. Back stage was a blast! Especially meeting so many body building greats (check out my pics). I’m glad to have done it but not sure if I will do another. At least I have some great memories.

you might need to train your legs more.
2-3 times a week.
