Monday, August 18th, 20081st meal 16oz carton of egg whites 1/2c oatmeal
2nd meal 2 scoops whey protein hand full almonds
3rd meal chicken breast sweet potatoe 1c brocali
4th meal chicken breast 1 cucumber
5th meal same as 4th
6th meal chicken breast 2 boiled eggs
sometimes i eat fish instead of chicken and make the last meal a casein protein shake
i also take 20g of glutamine,bcaas and i take zma before bed and i also take 1/2oz of mct oil or 3spn full of natural peanut butter
