1st meal 16oz carton of egg whites 1/2c oatmeal
2nd meal 2 scoops whey protein hand full almonds
3rd meal chicken breast sweet potatoe 1c brocali
4th meal chicken breast 1 cucumber
5th meal same as 4th
6th meal chicken breast 2 boiled eggs
sometimes i eat fish instead of chicken and make the last meal a casein protein shake
i also take 20g of glutamine,bcaas and i take zma before bed and i also take 1/2oz of mct oil or 3spn full of natural peanut butter

wake up- 2 scoops whey pro. powder/banana
drink 1 1/2 to 2gal of water a day
30min later-4 eggs/can chicken scrambled up 1/2 cup oatmeal
3h later- 8oz cottage chesse/chunked pinnapple spoonful nat.peanut butter
2h later chicken breast sweet potatoe 2 cups brocali
pre workout meal 1 scoop whey pro.powder 2 scoops n.o. vapor/ bcaas/5g glutamine
sip on during workout 160z gatorade mixed w/1 scoop of van.whey protein/5g glut/5g creatine
post workout 2 scoops whey protein/banana 5g glutamine/5g creatine
1h later 8oz salmon 1 cup brocali
before bed 2 scoops casein protein/zma/5g glutamine
