Where it starts
December 14, 2007On my way from 175lbs to a goal of 145 - 155 . I have never been under 145 but I have never been this heavy, the most I had ever weighed was 155. I was always in pretty good shape throughout high school I was very active, I played alot of sports; softball(pitcher) basketball(point), volleyball(spiker), and I was a varsity football cheerleader. I got pretty sick and it finally got to me after I graduated this past Spring and that is when I put on all this extra weight that I have never had before. I have a pretty good diet going on right now with alot of protein. My workout is going good so far. I usually do barbell curls, seated dumbell curls,close grip bench press, overhead extensions, and dips/seated dips.
